Anthropic's Founder Playbook: What's Real, What's Not
From the video description
Anthropic's Founder Playbook says AI makes building a startup easier than ever. Half of it is real, some of it is sales material. Here's both sides. Anthropic just published "The Founder's Playbook: Building an AI-Native Startup" — a 36-page guide claiming AI compresses quarters into weeks and turns founders from builders into orchestrators of agents. I've been building startups long enough to know which parts of that are genuinely new and which parts are the same advice in new packaging. So I went through all four stages — Idea, MVP, Launch, Scale — and split the playbook into what's real, what's overhyped, and what I'd add from my own experience building AI companies.
