I built a team of 4 AI agents that does startup market research and it doesn't just spit out ideas, it produces an evidence-backed scorecard with sources, counter-evidence, and cheap validation experiments. Instead of asking one chatbot "what startup should I build?", I gave Hermes Agent a founder's question — Which B2B AI markets are worth investigating? — and let a Startup Director, a Market Researcher, a Competition & Signals Analyst, and a Skeptic Editor work it out through a Kanban workflow with real task dependencies.
