From the video description

How you scale n8n from a personal side project to 700 production workflows inside a 3,000-person enterprise is exactly what this episode is about. Luka Pilic did it at StepStone, one of Europe's largest job platforms, and the playbook he built along the way is now open source. Luka started with a two-hour automation on a Windows server and spent months convincing his own team to care. Once one teammate caught the bug, it spread organically across the entire marketing department and eventually company-wide. He walks through every stage of that journey, including what broke at 200 workflows and why queue mode is non-negotiable at scale.
