We're going from the first prompt to a deployed app with authentication, subscription payments, class bookings, an admin dashboard and an AI gym assistant! This isn't just a landing page demo. You'll see the actual build, the bugs we hit, how we fix them, and the credit usage along the way. We even give the app its own MCP server so members can connect through Claude and check their bookings — then sync the code to GitHub so we keep ownership of the codebase.
