From the video description

Build a skill once (or grab one someone already made), and your AI reaches for it on its own every time it's relevant, so you never have to think about it again. A skill is a reusable set of instructions and context that any AI Agent like Claude Code or Codex loads on its own. Unlike a .md file you have to paste in every time, a skill is already programmed: it reads its own description, sees that your prompt matches, and applies it automatically giving you a standardized output every time.
