I built an app that watches my long-form videos, picks the best moments and turns them into ready-to-post shorts. There's almost no AI code in it and no API key: the whole "AI part" is the Claude Agent SDK pointed at a folder with a few markdown files and skills I already wrote for Claude Code, with a UI on top. And it runs on my Claude subscription.
