From the video description

Hundreds of thousands of websites go live every day, and almost none are built to rank in Google or show up in AI answers. This tutorial shows how to build one that's search-ready from the start using Lovable and the Semrush MCP. You'll see the process live: connecting Semrush to Lovable, writing a starter prompt that combines a business brief, a style guide, and SEO best practices, and using Lovable's plan mode to check the build before spending credits. The demo uses a fictional business, Penny & Plan, covering everything from service pages and blog content to a functional tool, so you can see how the same workflow applies whether you're building a blog, a portfolio, or an ecommerce site.
