From the video description

Supabase is a backend-as-a-service that allows you to spin up a server-less Postgres database in minutes. In this video, Developer Relations Engineer, Thor will show you how to get up and running with Supabase using Laravel. Note: when creating tables in the public schema you should enable row level security (RLS) on those tables. This will restrict access from the client library if this is being used on the frontend of your application.
