From the video description

At YC Edtech Night, early-stage edtech founders from around the world gathered to meet and learn from each other. The sessions included fireside chats with edtech alums from YC and Imagine K12. Sarah Chou is the founder of Informed K12 (Imagine K12, S12), a company that automates business workflows for K-12 school districts. At Edtech Night, Sarah shared with Karen Lien the experience of finding product-market fit after an early pivot, plus her strategies for selling to K-12 schools and districts.
