n8n has a built-in chat interface called ChatHub — but if you're already using Claude Cowork, there's a better way. In this video, I'll show you how to connect your n8n workflows directly to Claude Cowork using MCP (Model Context Protocol), so you can trigger automations mid-conversation without ever switching windows. I walk through every step from installing Node.js to configuring the MCP JSON in Claude's developer settings. As a real-world example, I use a YouTube transcript workflow that pulls captions in under a second — and I'll also show you how pairing this with a Cowork skill makes the whole thing automatic.
