In Startup from scratch, we're building a SaaS software together in React and NextJS. I think one mistake many devs make is building out a product too soon and investing too much time, neglecting the idea-validation process. That's why we're going to focus on the landing page/marketing more. Once there is a good landing page with content on it, we will be switching back to building the WordfulAI SaaS.
