How to Create a Go-To-Market Sales Strategy
From the video description
How to Create a Go-To-Market Sales Strategy | There are really two types of SaaS businesses - marketing-driven and sales-driven. Marketing-driven startups are usually bottoms-up, where you get a bunch of users, do trials, and then, maybe down the line, you put in a salesperson. On the other hand, sales-driven businesses follow a top-down model, where you figure out exactly who should be buying, approach them, and then drive a transformation with your SaaS software. In this episode, I'm going to be focusing on sales-driven SaaS businesses and how to create a Go-To-Market sales strategy the right way.
