From the video description

How do you scale a SaaS as a non-technical founder, with no coding skills, no funding, no audience? Spencer Patterson bootstrapped his platform to $140K MRR and sold it for $3.5M, and in this talk he shares the growth tactics that got him there. Spencer Patterson couldn't write a line of code. He hired a 1099 developer to build his MVP (one buggy enough that it shipped with a script to restart the server every few hours) and grew it into a business with a seven-figure exit.
