What to Outsource (and What to Keep): A Bootstrapped Founder Framework
From the video description
What to outsource in your SaaS business, and what to keep in-house. Kevin Graham runs a six-figure MRR web hosting portfolio with three part-time contractors by outsourcing everything that doesn't make the beer taste better. The concept comes from a 2008 Jeff Bezos talk: a brewery a hundred years ago had to generate its own electricity because there was no grid, but generating power never made the beer taste better. Kevin Graham applies that test to bootstrapped SaaS, walking through what he handed off at Site Arrow, what it cost, what broke, and the four questions he asks before offloading any function. Recorded at MicroConf US 2023 in Denver.
